Our Story

Simplotel is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology provider for Hotels. It was founded with a single purpose - to help hotels drive more direct bookings. We believe that hotel bookings are moving online & hotels need great technology to harvest this demand. The online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com and MakeMyTrip have great technologies that help them drive bookings online. Our mission is to provide hotels with similar technologies.

The name Simplotel comes from a combination of ‘simple’ and ‘hotel’ - and we strive to offer tech that is simple to use for hoteliers. Simplotel was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Bengaluru — India’s Silicon Valley with field offices in New Delhi, Calgary Canada, and San Mateo, California.

Thanks to our dedicated team, we are empowering over 2,000 happy customers across 21 countries. Our team has experience running e-commerce at large providers such as Amazon, Expedia, and Myntra. We are fortunate to count MakeMyTrip as an investor and Gaurav Khushwaha (Bluestone.com) and Vinay Goyal (Instavans) as advisors.
