Position: Inside Sales Manager

Simplotel is looking for an Inside Sales Manager, in a full-time capacity, who can cold call prospects and build a strong pipeline for the sales team. An ideal candidate would be someone who is a self-motivated hustler looking to be a part of a growing sales team

 

Responsibilities:

Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

  • Cold calling and nurturing existing leads. Taking care of inbound leads. Qualifying leads and scheduling sales demos

  • Convincing leads to do a demo of our product with the sales team.

  • Following up on marketing leads

  • Reaching out to leads via channels such as Linkedin

  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information over email

  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

 

Skills Required:

  • 1 to 4 years of Work Experience in pre-sales. (e-commerce preferred in both domestic and international markets)

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convince internal stakeholders and customers.

  • Very high ethical standards

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours

  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets

  • Graduate degree in Engineering, Business or Hotel Management. MBA a plus
