Position:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will cater to the manpower requirements of Simplotel by driving top talent to our company via innovative candidate attraction strategies.


Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requisitions from different stakeholders and come up with effective strategies to bring in talent
  • Screen resumes for different active positions
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate the alignment of candidates to the applied positions
  • Schedule high-volume interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Engage with prospective candidates on social media channels
  • Manage job posts by regularly updating job portals
  • Build a network with Training and Placement officers from different colleges for campus placements
  • Maintain the Application Tracking System to keep a track of candidates
  • Help plan and organize HR-related events


Skills Required:

  • 0-2 years of experience in the field of talent acquisition
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
