Position: Manager - Sales

Simplotel is looking to hire a seasoned sales leader, at a full time capacity, who can drive revenue growth. If you are passionate about technology sales, you'll thoroughly enjoy this position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Simplotel’s efforts in new acquisition

  • Ensure that the team and the organization as a whole hits revenue targets

  • Postulate effective strategies to drive our product into newer markets

  • Associate with partners to assist with lead generation

  • Hire, train and manage a top class team of Business Development Managers

  • Set targets and incentive structure for the team

  • Responsible for performance evaluation and appraisals

  • Nurture career development and aspirations of the team members

  • Networking e.g.: attend hotel summits to build a strong network in the industry

  • Generate leads and advice hotels on the benefits of direct booking

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent networking and business development skills

  • Proven sales leadership experience and delivering B2B sales targets

  • 5 - 10 years in sales team management and consistently delivering targets preferable in a technology space

  • Engineering background and MBA are pluses but not mandatory

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Team player with team-mentoring abilities

  • International sales experience a plus

  • Hustler with willingness to travel extensively
