Position - Manager Technical Program Management
We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager with a strong track record of driving execution excellence in a technology environment. This role requires a combination of structured program management, sharp product thinking, and people leadership to accelerate delivery and maximize business impact.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Understand Simplotel's business, our customers' requirements, and our tech stack to define features/products that help accelerate the business. Partner with business stakeholders, and customers to shape the product vision and continually manage a prioritized roadmap.
Develop detailed technical and product specifications, defining product architecture, schema, APIs, and functional responsibilities and work with engineers and AI Agents to get these features developed and launched to deliver business value.
Project manage the work and priorities of the engineering team to maximize speed of delivery and unblock engineers when they hit hurdles. Create and manage the delivery plan with high quality and timeliness rigor.
Run A/B tests to optimize performance, measure and publish the overall business impact.
Qualifications:
10-12 years of experience in Product/Program Management in a technology-driven environment. Prior hands-on experience in developing software is a must. Have a good understanding of database schemas, APIs, and engineering architecture.
Strong quantitative and business skills.
Strong experience working with engineers and AI to bring products and features to market with high velocity.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong project management skills and ability to keep multiple projects on track.
Hands-on and proactive in exploring new tools, with a strong willingness to learn and leverage AI for rapid prototyping, design creation, and problem-solving.
Engineering Degree and MBA preferred; neither is required.

Business Development Manager - Mumbai – Consultative Selling.
Simplotel is looking to hire a Business Development Manager, in a full-time capacity, who can sell our offerings to large hotels. This is an opportunity to join a company on the ground floor and become a part of the early growth. If you are passionate about selling internet technologies, you will thoroughly enjoy this position. An ideal candidate would be someone who is in Presales and wants to explore a Business Development Role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
- Meeting with hoteliers and potential prospects on a regular basis to build and nurture relationships.
- Cold calling; connecting with multiple potential prospects.
- Working with large hotels and partners across the country.
- Follow up on marketing leads, as well as expand business from the company’s existing client base or partners.
- Build strong brand relationships.
- Building pipelines with partners and team members to close sales.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
Skills Required:
- 1 - 4 years of work experience in technology pre-sales (e-commerce preferred in both domestic and international markets).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Very high ethical standards.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours.
- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
- MBA required (preferably from a top school).
