For cheque or bank transfers, kindly mail finance@simplotel.com, with the purpose of the deposit, to help us record it accurately against your account.
In case you are paying online, you will receive a payment confirmation ID if the payment is successful. Please store the confirmation ID for any future references.
If you have not received any confirmation ID or the payment is unsuccessful, please verify with the respective bank to know if the account has been debited. If the amount is debited and the payment is unsuccessful, it will be refunded to the source account within 10 to 12 working days.
Cancellation/refund policy
Except as otherwise expressly provided in the Agreement, the payment done against the one-time setup fee is non-refundable and non-creditable against any other services or non-transferable.
The Website maintenance fee and booking fee on reservations are billed periodically as per the agreement between Simplotel Technologies Private Limited and the merchant. In the event of termination or expiration of the agreement for any reason, the refund will be executed as per the signed agreement.
In case of any dispute, clauses mentioned in the agreement between merchant and Simplotel Technologies Private Limited will supersede the above points.
