Simplotel Booking Engine and Simplotel Reservation Desk also have a seamless, two-way integration with PMSes. The PMS functions similarly to a channel manager. Simplotel Guest Connect can receive booking messages from the PMSes to send upsell and other mailers to the guests.

Welcome to Simplotel. By accessing and using our website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These are general terms and are not exhaustive. Specific terms for each product or service shall be governed by the respective agreement signed between Simplotel and the customer.
1. Simplotel Booking Engine
Simplotel provides its proprietary booking engine that enables hotels to take reservations directly on their website. Key points include:
- Simplotel may integrate supported payment gateways to allow for advance payment collection.
- Guests’ card details may be collected during booking (subject to additional charges).
- Integration with channel managers is possible, but any third-party fees will be borne by the hotel.
- The hotel is responsible for maintaining accurate rates, inventory, policies, and taxes.
- The hotel must mark "no-shows" in the system by the 2nd of the following month to ensure accurate billing.
- Simplotel is not liable for guest disputes or payment gateway issues.
2. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including but not limited to the content management system, software, and other proprietary technology provided by Simplotel ("Simplotel IP"), remains the sole property of Simplotel.
- Simplotel grants a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use its services and IP.
- The use, reproduction, or modification of Simplotel IP outside the scope of services is prohibited.
- Feedback provided by customers may be used by Simplotel without restriction or compensation.
3. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect confidential information exchanged during the engagement, including pricing, service details, and proprietary data.
- Confidential information must not be disclosed to any third party without prior consent.
- This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
- Exemptions include publicly known information or disclosures required by law.
4. Representations and Warranties
Each party affirms the following:
- Simplotel represents that it has the authority and required licenses to provide services and will comply with applicable laws.
- The Customer represents that they have the authority to enter into agreements and that their use of Simplotel services will not violate any other agreements.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Simplotel provides its services "as is", "as available", and with "all faults". Simplotel does not guarantee that:
- Desired outcomes will be achieved.
- Third-party services integrated into the offering will function flawlessly.
- Any particular uptime, performance, or security level will be met.
- Simplotel disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.
- The customer agrees to hold Simplotel harmless from all third-party disputes, damages, or claims related to the use of the services.
