Position: Product Management - Technical
We’re looking for a seasoned Manager - Product Management - Technical with a strong track record of driving engineering execution. This role sits at the intersection of product management, engineering design, and engineering program management. The ideal candidate makes sound product decisions, prioritizes, and drives execution of our engineering team. The role requires a combination of strong business acumen, strong project management, and good technical skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work with the Sales team, internal operations team, and with customers to shape the product vision and direction, and continually manage a prioritized product roadmap.
Work with AI Agents and Engineering Team to define the product architecture, schema, APIs, and functional responsibilities.
Create and manage the delivery plan, and drive its execution to deliver against the roadmap, maintaining a high quality and timeliness rigour.
Qualifications:
8 –12 years of experience in Product/ Program Management in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
Strong experience in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and delivery management.
Proven ability to prioritize effectively and make data-informed decisions in ambiguous situations.
Strong quantitative and business skills to set priorities and product decisions based on customer impact and business metrics.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on and proactive in exploring new tools, with a strong willingness to learn and leverage AI for rapid prototyping, design creation, and problem-solving.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
