Position: Accounts Receivable Analyst
Roles and Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to customers to ensure timely payments and resolve payment-related issues.
Handle inbound customer calls regarding payment enquiries, providing clear and accurate information.
Send detailed emails to clients, including payment reminders, invoices, and supporting documentation.
Maintain accurate client information, ensuring that all contact and payment details are up to date.
Regularly review and follow up on outstanding dues to optimise the accounts receivable ageing process.
Review, adjust, and revise invoices as necessary to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
Prepare and maintain ageing reports to track outstanding payments and overdue accounts.
Take necessary action against defaulters in accordance with company policies and ensure that outstanding receivables ageing remains within industry standards.
Generate and monitor payout reports to track payment status and ensure financial accuracy.
Required Skills and Experience:
Self-driven individual
0 to 1 year of experience
B. Com, M. Com, MBA, PGDM / Any other graduate
Attention to detail and managing reports with accuracy
Ability to manage time and hit deadlines
Good communication in both English and Hindi
