Position: Lead Product Manager

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to take charge of complex, high-impact product areas and deliver best-in-class solutions that drive measurable business growth. This role demands ownership, strong product intuition, business acumen, cross-functional leadership, and a deep understanding of the product lifecycle.

As a key individual contributor, you will define strategy, influence product vision, and align stakeholders across engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to drive the success of mission-critical initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy and execution of end-to-end product areas within Simplotel’s SaaS suite.

  • Define new products and get them to launch

  • Define clear product roadmaps aligned with business objectives, hotelier needs, and market trends.

  • Craft product strategy and translate it into detailed user stories, wireframes, and execution plans.

  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ship high-quality features in an agile environment.

  • Collaborate with customer success and sales teams to gather customer feedback and ensure market fit.

  • Track product adoption and usage metrics, iterate based on insights, and continuously improve. Drive product thinking across teams and bring clarity in ambiguous problem spaces.

  • Ensure Simplotel products are not only functional but intuitive and delightful to use.​

 

Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with an eye for user experience and business goals.

  • Strong collaborator who can work effectively across engineering, design, and customer teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to own and drive a product's success, from concept to launch and beyond.

  • Solid understanding of technical concepts and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams.

  • A meticulous eye for detail to ensure the highest quality in product execution.

  • A good sense of design and usability

  • Great attention to details

  • Fostering a sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and the software development life cycle (SDLC). Proven ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams.

  • Good understanding of capabilities of New technologies to envision how tech can solve business problems of hotels.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA is a plus.

Position - Digital Marketing Manager (SEO and Google Adwords):

The Digital Marketing Manager position is based out of our head office in Bangalore and the specialist will own the devising and implementing of SEO and paid marketing strategies for multiple hotel customers and help them get maximum return on investment on their spends.

 

Responsibilities:

The goal of the Digital Marketing Manager will be to ensure that our customers get a good return on investment in their digital spending. The Specialist will::

  • Project manage and ensure that we are delivering high-quality digital marketing to our customers

  • Coordinate with customers to understand their business and marketing strategies

  • Devise a strategy and a plan to help them achieve their goals. Review the plan with the customers and get their buy-in

  • Implement the plan and work with internal teams to get parts of the plan implemented

  • Create reports on the success of the campaigns and review the performance with the customer

 

Skills Required:

  • Graduate degree in Engineering or Business. MBA is a plus

  • 1-3 years of prior account management and digital marketing experience required. Knowledge of SEO, Google Adwords, Display Ads, and social media ads is required. This includes the ability to research keywords, identify the best ones to target

  • Ability to measure and report the effectiveness of campaigns well

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to convince internal and external stakeholders. Ability to create engaging presentations

  • Ability to create sound business cases for digital marketing

  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Adwords tools, MS Excel, SEM Rush, etc.)
