Position: Marketing Manager
Simplotel is looking for a Marketing expert to drive the Marketing function of our B2B product for hotels. The Marketing Manager will formulate Marketing strategies and execute them. He/she will own lead generation, nurturing of prospects, customers and customers who have churned out.
Responsibilities:
Formulate and execute marketing strategies to drive high-volume, high-quality inbound leads in a cost effective manner.
Create and execute a comprehensive lead nurturing strategy that will help us to engage and convert prospects into customers.
Develop social media strategies to target specific audiences such as prospects, existing clients and churned out customers via targeted campaigns.
Track marketing metrics via dashboards. Analyze effectiveness of marketing campaigns to influence future courses of action.
Own online and offline marketing for Simplotel. (Represent Simplotel at trade shows, events, and customer forums)
Drive partnerships for Simplotel (Identify partners/ Revenue managers, Establish communication, Present our product to them, and successfully onboard them to collaborate with our clients.)
Skills and Experience:
Good understanding of driving B2B sales leads through:
Content marketing (e.g. website copy, blogs, case studies, webinars)
Online organic channels (SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, reputation sites such as software suggest)
Inorganic marketing channels, paid channels such as (Google SEM)
Excellent analytical and logical skills
High-energy individual with a go-getter attitude
3-5 years of experience running B2B marketing (experience at a SaaS company is a plus)
Great written communication skills
MBA + Btech preferred (not required)
Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours

Position:
Business Development Manager - Mumbai – Consultative Selling.
Simplotel is looking to hire a Business Development Manager, in a full-time capacity, who can sell our offerings to large hotels. This is an opportunity to join a company on the ground floor and become a part of the early growth. If you are passionate about selling internet technologies, you will thoroughly enjoy this position. An ideal candidate would be someone who is in Presales and wants to explore a Business Development Role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
- Meeting with hoteliers and potential prospects on a regular basis to build and nurture relationships.
- Cold calling; connecting with multiple potential prospects.
- Working with large hotels and partners across the country.
- Follow up on marketing leads, as well as expand business from the company’s existing client base or partners.
- Build strong brand relationships.
- Building pipelines with partners and team members to close sales.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
Skills Required:
- 1 - 4 years of work experience in technology pre-sales (e-commerce preferred in both domestic and international markets).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Very high ethical standards.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours.
- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
- MBA required (preferably from a top school).
- Ability to travel extensively
