Position: Senior Visual Designer
Simplotel is looking for an experienced Senior Visual Designer to create visually stunning, user-centric designs that enhance our brand and digital presence. The ideal candidate has strong UX/UI expertise, deep web and graphic design knowledge, and a passion for innovation. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure design excellence, mentor junior designers, and drive creative innovation. Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and strategic business goals.
Develop creative assets, including web, digital, and marketing materials, while ensuring a high standard of visual storytelling.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into innovative design solutions.
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms by developing and enforcing design guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and work hands-on with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to create engaging and impactful visual content.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering skill development and creative excellence.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and business objectives.
Conduct design reviews, offering feedback and improvements to ensure the highest quality standards.
Requirements and skills
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline
3-6 years of experience in website designing and copywriting. Experience with a media agency is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of typography (fonts), illustration, iconography, layout and colour theory
Proficiency in design tools such as the Adobe family and Figma
Ability to consider content, navigation, structure, and user experience issues to create aesthetic but usable designs, on the underlying platform.
Good graphic designing skills for creating logos, posters, backgrounds and other necessary creatives.

Visual Designer
We are seeking a talented and experienced Visual Designer to join our organization. The ideal candidate would have a strong understanding of web design principles and will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. The Visual Designer will work closely with the development team to ensure that the design and functionality of each website meet the high standards that our clients expect.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and team members to identify website design requirements.
Develop website layouts and designs using industry-standard design software and tools.
Create mock-ups and prototypes to present to clients and make revisions as needed.
Design and optimize websites for a variety of devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones (mobile websites).
Ensure website design is accessible and adheres to web accessibility guidelines (ADA, FGPR and other equivalent compliances).
Stay up-to-date with current design trends and techniques and incorporate them into website design projects.
Work with developers to ensure that website design is implemented correctly and meets all technical requirements.
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure that websites are functioning properly and are visually appealing.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective and visually appealing marketing materials, such as email templates, product graphics, social media graphics, banners etc.
Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in website design.
Should have a bachelor's degree, preferably in a design-related field.
Strong portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of design principles, typography (fonts), colour theory, iconography, illustration and layout design.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD/ Figma) and similar alternative programs.
Experienced in using a template-driven application (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace Drupal etc.) - the initial configuration, modifications, and design enhancements.
Experience designing responsive websites that adapt to different screen sizes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication, collaboration skills and ability to deliver on time.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
