Position: Strategic Partnership Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Partnership Manager to develop and manage partnerships that drive revenue and business growth for Simplotel. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales, preferably in SaaS, hospitality, or related industries. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing technology and channel partners to expand Simplotel’s market reach and deliver value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute partnership strategies to grow Simplotel’s ecosystem and revenue.
Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with strategic technology partners, resellers, and channel partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnerships with business goals.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value creation.
Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, and integration efforts
Monitor partner performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies for increased impact
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or channel sales, preferably in SaaS, hospitality, or technology sectors.
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, sales processes, and go-to-market strategies
Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and achieve business goals.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Position - Accounts Receivable Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Ageing Optimization for Account receivables.
- Connect with customers for outstanding dues and follow up for payments.
- Take inbound calls from customers regarding payment enquiries.
- Send emails to clients with payment details and invoices.
- Maintain assigned reports in excel and google sheets.
- Maintain & Manage client information.
- Adjust and revise the invoices.
- Prepare ageing reports and keep track of pay-out reports.
Skills Required:
- Self-starter individual.
- Willing to do local visits to clients if required.
- Minimum 0 to 1 year of experience.
- B. Com, M. Com / Any other graduate.
- Attention to detail and managing reports with accuracy.
- Ability to manage time and hit deadlines.
- Good communication in both Hindi & English
