Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

 

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resource team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will cater to the manpower requirements of Simplotel by driving top talent to our company via innovative candidate attraction strategies.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requisitions from different stakeholders and come up with effective strategies to bring in talent

  • Screen resumes for different active positions

  • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate the alignment of candidates to the applied positions

  • Schedule high-volume interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders

  • Engage with prospective candidates on social media channels

  • Manage job posts by regularly updating job portals

  • Build a network with Training and Placement officers from different colleges for campus placements

  • Help plan and organize HR-related events

 

Skills Required:

  • 0-2 years of experience in the field of Talent Acquisition

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and people skills

  • Aptitude in problem-solving

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel

Position: 

Business Development Manager - Mumbai – Consultative Selling.


Simplotel is looking to hire a Business Development Manager, in a full-time capacity, who can sell our offerings to large hotels. This is an opportunity to join a company on the ground floor and become a part of the early growth. If you are passionate about selling internet technologies, you will thoroughly enjoy this position. An ideal candidate would be someone who is in Presales and wants to explore a Business Development Role.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
  • Meeting with hoteliers and potential prospects on a regular basis to build and nurture relationships.
  • Cold calling; connecting with multiple potential prospects.
  • Working with large hotels and partners across the country.
  • Follow up on marketing leads, as well as expand business from the company’s existing client base or partners.
  • Build strong brand relationships.
  • Building pipelines with partners and team members to close sales.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.

 

Skills Required:

  • 1 - 4 years of work experience in technology pre-sales (e-commerce preferred in both domestic and international markets).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Very high ethical standards.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours.
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
  • MBA required (preferably from a top school).
  • Ability to travel extensively
