Position: Finance & Accounts Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Management of Accounts and processing of Invoices, ensuring GST is charged as per the applicable Laws

  • Reconciliation of Bank Statements and Payment Gateways with Books.

  • Computation of payouts to Customers by verifying documentation and uploading transactions in the banking system

  • Assisting the customers in all queries related to invoicing, payments and payouts

  • Computation of the monthly Cash Flow Statement.

  • Computation of weekly Accounts Receivable Ageing Report and Net Receipts Report.

  • Preparation of Financial Reports and MIS by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

  • Computation of Tax payable- TDS, Service Tax/GST & Professional tax.

  • Maintain controller-ship for Payment Gateways as well as other spends and revenue inside the organization.

  • Driving cross-functional projects and liaising with other Departments.

  • Analysis to avoid Revenue leakage from receipts through Payment Gateways.

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Basic knowledge of accounting fundamentals.

  • B. Com, M. Com / ICWA / MBA (Finance)

  • Working knowledge of Quickbooks or any other accounting software will be an advantage

  • Working knowledge of Excel

  • Experience: 0-2 years

Position - Accounts Receivable Analyst

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ageing Optimization for Account receivables.
  • Connect with customers for outstanding dues and follow up for payments.
  • Take inbound calls from customers regarding payment enquiries.
  • Send emails to clients with payment details and invoices.
  • Maintain assigned reports in excel and google sheets.
  • Maintain & Manage client information.
  • Adjust and revise the invoices.
  • Prepare ageing reports and keep track of pay-out reports.

 

Skills Required:

  • Self-starter individual.
  • Willing to do local visits to clients if required.
  • Minimum 0 to 1 year of experience.
  • B. Com, M. Com / Any other graduate.
  • Attention to detail and managing reports with accuracy.
  • Ability to manage time and hit deadlines.
  • Good communication in both Hindi & English
